FocusFlow's previous build kept losing tab references after a service-worker shutdown. We refactored to use chrome.storage.session as the source of truth, with chrome.alarms as the timer driver — both survive worker recycling.
The result is a focus timer that genuinely cannot lose your tabs, plus a 23 KB side-panel UI that shows your current session, queue, and a small heatmap of last week. Power users get a JSON export of their session log.
